- Pick your space. A booth for 5 to 8, a trailer for 6 to 25, or the full venue for up to 300.
- Lock in the date early. December Friday and Saturday nights are the first to go. Tuesday through Thursday are the easier nights to land.

- Show up and celebrate. Trailer and booth reservations run 1 hour and 45 minutes, with slots typically at 5, 7, 9 and 11PM.

Getting to Your Holiday Party in Downtown San Diego
We are at 835 Fifth Avenue, Lower Level, San Diego, CA 92101, inside the historic Louis Bank of Commerce building on Fifth Avenue between E and F Street. Walk in at street level and head downstairs.
- Parking: the Horton Plaza parking structure is $12 for three hours with validation. Show your ticket to your server.
- Trolley: the Fifth Avenue station (Blue, Orange and Silver Lines) and the Gaslamp Quarter station (Green and Silver Lines) are both a short walk.
- Rideshare: set drop-off to 835 Fifth Ave. When Fifth is closed to cars, drivers drop on E or F Street.

Yes. Company and office holiday parties are one of the main things we book in November and December. Small teams book a private themed trailer or a reserved booth, and larger companies book a full venue buyout for up to 300 guests. How many people can you fit for a holiday party?
Booths seat 5 to 8, the 60s Trailer holds 6 to 10, the 80s Trailer holds 6 to 12, the 70s Trailer holds 10 to 25, and a full venue buyout holds up to 300 guests.
How much does it cost to book a holiday party?
Trailers and booths carry a food and beverage minimum that goes toward what your group orders: $200 for a booth, $300 for the 60s or 80s Trailer and $550 for the 70s Trailer, plus tax and gratuity. The booking fee is $1. Full buyouts and groups over 25 are quoted per event.
How far ahead should we book a December holiday party?
As early as you can. Friday and Saturday nights in December are the first to fill. If your dates are flexible, Tuesday through Thursday nights are easier to get.
Do you offer catering for holiday parties?

Can we rent out the whole bar for a holiday party?
Yes. A full venue buyout gives your group the entire underground trailer park, including all three trailers, the booths, the bar and the games, for up to 300 guests. Buyouts are quoted directly, so send your date and headcount through the form or call us.
Do you have AV for speeches or a slideshow?
Yes. Private events have AV capability for music, slideshows and presentations, so you can handle the toast, awards or year-in-review before the party takes over.
How long does a trailer or booth reservation last?
Each trailer and booth reservation runs 1 hour and 45 minutes. Time slots are typically offered at 5:00PM, 7:00PM, 9:00PM and 11:00PM, subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelling or changing a trailer or booth reservation with less than 72 hours' notice results in a $50 charge to the card on file. That charge is non-refundable. A 20 percent gratuity is automatically added to trailer and booth bills.
What nights are you open for holiday parties?
Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00PM to 12:30AM, Thursday 5:00PM to 12:30AM, and Friday and Saturday 5:00PM to 2:00AM. We are closed Sunday and Monday.
Where do guests park for a holiday party in the Gaslamp Quarter?
The Horton Plaza parking structure offers $12 for three hours with validation from us. The Fifth Avenue and Gaslamp Quarter trolley stations are both a short walk, and rideshare drop-off is 835 Fifth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101.
Can we come in ugly sweaters or holiday costumes?
Please do. Holiday sweaters and costumes are welcome. Our standard dress code still applies: baggy pants and attire associated with gang or motorcycle club affiliation are not permitted.
